In 1983 Ray and Elena Klarich opened Super Rooster. This Australian owned and family run business had a vision to focus on 3 important factors; quality food, good customer service and cleanliness.

With over 30 years of industry experience the Klarich family decided to bring their European backgrounds to the world of BBQ chicken. Super Rooster’s unique seasoning and salt mix recipe has proven to satisfy many different tastes.
