Dirty Moes came about because we fell in love with the old- skool American south culture of slow-cooked soul food, thrown together on big hearty share plates in the backyard and tucked into with the ones you love.
We wanted to bring something different to the coast.
Moody and grungy without losing the soul of why we go out to drink and eat in the first place - to fill our bellies and warm our hearts.
That's why communal eating is at the core of what we do. Low 'n' Slow platters of scrumptious, fall of the bone meat. Sided with delicious dishes of your choice. That quietness that falls on the table as everyone savours the flavours. Laughs as you reach across your mate, to fork that last juicy piece of slow-cooked meat that someone else was eyeing off. Washing it all down with hand-crafted beer, or better yet, that top shelf whiskey glistening from the back bar. Finishing off the night with the best kind of dessert.. our famous Sticky Date Espresso Martini!
