An aptly named cafe at the junction of Westfield Road and Ypres Road in Perth, Classy Junction serve up honest, affordable and – most importantly – delicious meals with inspiration taken from all over the world. The coffee is great here too, by the way, but if you just pop in for your morning Camillo caffeine fix you’re missing out on a mouthwatering menu that rolls on all through the day. Breakfast options range from poached eggs with spinach and mushroom or leg-ham omelette to breakfast bruschetta and a range of Indian breakfast whole-meal paranthas, and the lunch menu is packed with impressive international options like couscous salad with bacon, classic Asian fried rice with soy sauce and vegetables, marinated tandoori chicken drumsticks and a sensational lamb and caramelised onion pasta cooked in tomato sauce with fresh ricotta.
