Sukaratei Japanese Restaurant forms part of the traditional Japanese dining scene of Sydney. Over a decade in the Sydney dining scene, it is still Japanese owned and managed. Led by Akiko Yura and her team, Sakuratei’s philosophy represents traditional Japanese cuisine with a few modern twists.

Sakuratei offers Izakaya style of dining, bringing together a fun and welcoming set of spaces for friends to pop in for a quick lunch or a night of sharing our range of kushiyaki dishes with some Japanese Sake.
