Who is Patsy?

She is a beautiful little building who was hiding unloved in plain sight in the CBD and we have worked hard to restore her former charms.

Patsy’s is a meat free wine bar who takes her cues from the wine bars of the Mediterranean; their food and wine that has grown from that agrarian culture.

Alongside the city restaurant the owners have created a huge vegetable garden in the central highlands just outside Melbourne. That garden and other small scale growers, along with Patsy’s location over looking the Queen Victoria Market, provide the ingredients and the drinks being poured the inspiration for the wine friendly fare.

Patsy’s is warmly welcoming, she is the perfect place to bring a special person on a date; a bar where you can pop past for a casual glass of wine and chat with the friendly staff; and she is the best spot to gather up a bunch of your nearest and dearest for meat free banquet in one of the private nooks upstairs.
