The menu offers an wide range of dishes representative of our modern tastes and features a selection of Australian favourites that encapsulates the essence of Outback Queensland’s casual and relaxed nature: Food that is served in an alfresco style environment that encourages the guest to relax and soak up the beautiful outback climate (with the inclusion of heating and cooling of course!)
