Nam Tukka creates authentic Vietnamese street food made with passion. Thu Nguyen grew up in Vietnam on a farm surrounded by passionate cooks. After years of growing, preparing and cooking delicious, authentic Vietnamese meals, Thu started making Banh Mi, Pancake, Sticky Fish Sauce Chicken Wings, BBQ... for her friends and family with great success. In 2022 Thu decided to head to Australia to experience the culture and food of Australia. Thu noticed a lack of authentic, quality Vietnamese cuisine and now Thu is ready to create her outstanding cuisine for the Australian public.
