So what is yum cha? Yum cha is a Chinese style brunch – in Cantonese Chinese, it literally means to “drink tea”. Originating in Hong Kong, the dining experience involves drinking tea and eating dim sum dishes, which are small bite-sized portions of food served in bamboo steamer baskets or on small plates.

We are extremely proud of our yum cha offering, allowing you to enjoy a traditional Chinese style brunch that consists of lots of dim sum dishes, accompanied by endless amounts of tea.
