We are Tik and Katrina, husband and wife team who have run a successful Asian restaurant in East Gippsland ,Victoria for ten years before moving to the tropics with our children. For the past year we created Eazytiger Kuranda in the Original rainforest market and are ready to expand and move it to the northern beaches.

Tik has grown up in his family's restaurant in Surat Thani province in southern Thailand where he learned to cook from a young age. Developing the passion for using fresh local ingredients and the delicate balance of flavours which he applies to his dishes.

Eazytiger Trinity Beach offers Asian tapas dishes which are small plates to enable our patrons to choose a selection and share and try different flavours . We cater to vegans, vegetarians and have many gluten free meals available and are dairy free for our savoury dishes. On the menu you can expect to see steamed succulent dumplings, marinated and grilled skewers, fresh salads with delectable herbs and dressings. Tik makes all his own sauces which compliment every dish in a colourful presentation.

Eazytiger is fully licensed and offers fresh cocktails, wines, beers and locally roasted coffee and chilled drinks in our relaxed setting.
